Pipeline report

The Pipeline Report is an AI-generated executive briefing on your entire active pipeline — the kind of summary you would prepare for senior management. It is available to editor roles (owner, admin, bid manager).

What it produces

The report reviews a digest of every live opportunity — its stage, deadlines, value, win probability, team coverage, and any pre-computed risk flags — and returns:

• Overview — a frank narrative of the pipeline’s health and shape.
• Redlines — the critical issues needing attention now, each with a severity (high / medium / low): imminent deadlines without a team, stalled or overdue bids, high-value pursuits with low win probability, opportunities sitting past their go/no-go point, and concentration or capacity risks.
• Highlights — the handful of bids that matter most, with a note on each.
• Recommendations — concrete, prioritized next actions.

Every statement is grounded in the pipeline data; the model is instructed not to invent opportunities or facts. The data sent and the JSON returned are documented on the Local LLM page.
