Opportunity workspace

Opening an opportunity takes you to its workspace — the place where all the work on a single bid happens. A sticky header keeps the essentials in view (title, authority, deadlines, status), and the work is organized into tabs.

The tabs

TabWhat it holds
OverviewThe command center: Go/No-Go advice and the decision panel, the pursuit score (win probability, expected value, confidence, and the factors behind it), the RFP analyzer, key dates, bid details, and — once resolved — the recorded outcome.
TeamAssign internal members to bid roles and invite external JV partners.
MilestonesYour team’s internal milestones with due dates and completion state — distinct from the authority’s official deadlines in the header.
DocumentsA categorized document store: RFP documents, your submission, clarifications, and award/debrief material.
NotesTimestamped, per-user collaborative notes.
IntelligenceA web-grounded AI dossier on the opportunity, plus focused deep dives.
OutcomeRecord the result (won or lost), award value, the winner, the loss reason, and lessons learned.
ActivityA log of everything that has happened on the bid: status changes, team edits, document changes, notes, and the recorded outcome.

Overview in detail

The Overview tab adapts to where the opportunity is in its lifecycle:

  • When the opportunity is at Go / No-Go, the AI advisory and decision panel appear so the team can capture a structured decision.
  • The pursuit score explains the win probability with its contributing factors.
  • The RFP analyzer lets an editor paste RFP text and have the system extract the scope, evaluation criteria, milestones, and key dates — which can then be added to the timeline.
  • Once the bid is resolved, the outcome section shows the win/loss badge, award value, winner, loss reason, and lessons learned.

Documents

Documents are organized into four categories so the right material is easy to find:

  • RFP documents — what the authority published.
  • Our submission — what we sent.
  • Clarifications — Q&A and addenda during the tender.
  • Award / debrief — outcome paperwork and feedback.
