Outcomes

When a bid resolves, record its outcome on the opportunity’s Outcome tab:

  • Result — won or lost
  • Award value and the winner (for lost bids, this feeds your competitor profiles)
  • Loss reason — why you didn’t win
  • Lessons learned — what to carry into the next bid

The Outcomes page summarizes results across the portfolio: awarded vs. lost stat cards and a recent-outcomes table. It also holds the “did not bid” archive — the no-go decisions plus cancelled and withdrawn bids, each with its rationale and the phase it was decided in. This keeps a complete record of both what you pursued and what you deliberately passed on.

Recorded outcomes are what power market intel: price-to-win benchmarks, competitor profiles, and AI portfolio insights all draw on this data.

Deadlines

The Deadlines view shows submission deadlines in the next 30 days, sorted by urgency, with a countdown and a 30-day timeline so nothing slips. Deadlines on imported opportunities are also refreshed automatically as their source feeds update.
