JV partners
Bids are often delivered with joint-venture (JV) partners — external firms you team with on a single opportunity. Bidderops lets you bring a partner into exactly one bid, at a controlled level of access, without giving them any view of the rest of your pipeline.
Inviting a partner
From an opportunity’s Team tab, invite a JV partner by email and choose their permission level:

| Comment | The above, plus add notes. |
The partner receives an invite link. Accepting it gives them an account scoped to that single bid.
The JV portal
A JV partner sees a restricted workspace for the bid they were invited to — its overview, documents, and notes, according to their permission level. They do not see your pipeline, analytics, AI tabs, or any other opportunity.
This isolation is enforced at the database level: a partner can read an opportunity only when a valid invite explicitly links them to it. See Your data for how this boundary works.
