Go / No-Go
The Go/No-Go step is where your team decides whether an opportunity is worth pursuing. Bidderops supports the decision with data and an AI advisor, then captures the outcome so you have a record of what you chose and why.
The worklist
The Go/No-Go view lists every opportunity awaiting a decision. Alongside it is an archive of past no-go and withdrawn decisions, each with its rationale and the phase it was made in — so nothing you passed on is ever lost.
AI advisory
On an opportunity’s Overview tab, an editor can request AI advice. The advisor weighs:
- The statistical win probability and your organization’s base win rate
- Your historical performance in the opportunity’s sector and country
- The contract value and the time left before the deadline
- Relevant company experience
It returns a concise recommendation — go, no-go, or conditional — with the reasoning and the key factors behind it. A “conditional” recommendation flags an opportunity that is only viable if specific gaps are closed.
The exact data sent to the model, and the JSON it returns, are documented on the Local LLM page. You choose which model powers this feature in Settings → AI.
Recording the decision
Members with the can go/no-go permission record the formal decision. It captures the choice (go or no-go) and the rationale, and advances the opportunity’s status.
