Proposals live or die on demonstrable track record. The Experience library keeps your firm’s past projects and your people’s CVs in one place, ready to drop into a bid.

Two libraries

• Company experience — past projects your firm delivered: title, client, sectors, countries, contract value, dates, your role, outcomes, and keywords.
• Personnel — expert profiles (CVs): expertise, languages, education, and a history of project assignments.

Both are searchable card lists you can edit, and personnel can be linked to the projects they worked on, with file attachments accessed via secure, time-limited links.

AI-assisted import

Rather than retyping reference sheets and CVs, you can import them. Upload or paste a document (PDF, Word, or text) and the system extracts structured records:

• Company references from reference lists or project sheets, or
• Expert profiles from CVs, including each person’s assignment history.

Extraction is faithful to the document — it does not invent values — and flags likely duplicates. You review the extracted records before saving, and the import runs as a persisted job so you can navigate away while it works.

Exporting references

You can select company experience and export it — as a spreadsheet by default, or mapped into your own Word/Excel/PDF template, with AI assistance to fit your fields.
