Bidderops
Bidderops is a platform for managing competitive bids and tenders from end to end — especially public-sector and development-finance procurements published by bodies like the EU (TED), the World Bank, UNDP, and the IDB.
It is the single system of record for everything a bid team does: finding opportunities, deciding whether to pursue them, assembling the proposal, recording the result, and learning from the outcome.
Who it is for
- Bid and proposal teams at firms that respond to tenders.
- Business-development leads who need a clear view of the pipeline and its health.
- Joint-venture (JV) partners who are invited into a single bid with limited access.
The bid lifecycle
Every opportunity moves through a predictable lifecycle. Bidderops models it as a set of statuses you can advance on a Kanban board:
Identified → Go / No-Go → Preparing → Submitted → Under evaluation → Won / Lost
│
└── No-go / Withdrawn / Cancelled (archived, with rationale)- Identified — the opportunity is in the pipeline but no decision has been made.
- Go / No-Go — the team weighs whether to pursue it (with AI advisory support).
- Preparing — the proposal is being written and the team assembled.
- Submitted — the bid has gone in.
- Under evaluation — awaiting the authority’s decision.
- Won / Lost — the outcome is recorded, along with award value and lessons learned.
Decisions not to bid (no-go, withdrawn, cancelled) are never lost — they are archived with the rationale so you can review what you walked away from and why.
