How it worksThe pipeline

The pipeline

The pipeline is your bird’s-eye view of every opportunity your organization is tracking. It is available as both a Kanban board and a table.

The Kanban board

Each column is a status in the bid lifecycle. Cards represent opportunities and show at a glance:

  • Title and contracting authority
  • Estimated value and your expected value
  • Win probability (from the statistical scoring model)

To advance an opportunity, drag its card to the next column. The status change is saved immediately and recorded in the opportunity’s activity log.

The statuses are:

StatusMeaning
IdentifiedIn the pipeline, no decision yet.
Go / No-GoAwaiting the pursue-or-pass decision.
PreparingProposal in progress.
SubmittedBid submitted to the authority.
Under evaluationAwaiting the authority’s award decision.
WonAwarded to us.
LostAwarded to someone else.
CancelledThe procurement was cancelled by the authority.
WithdrawnWe pulled out after starting.

The table view

Toggle to the table for a dense, sortable list — useful when you have many opportunities and want to scan deadlines, values, and statuses in one place.

Win probability

Each opportunity carries a win probability computed from your organization’s own history — your base win rate, adjusted by how you have historically performed in the opportunity’s sector and country. This is a statistical estimate, not an AI guess, and it feeds both the pipeline cards and the Go/No-Go advisor.
