The pipeline
The pipeline is your bird’s-eye view of every opportunity your organization is tracking. It is available as both a Kanban board and a table.
The Kanban board
Each column is a status in the bid lifecycle. Cards represent opportunities and show at a glance:
- Title and contracting authority
- Estimated value and your expected value
- Win probability (from the statistical scoring model)
To advance an opportunity, drag its card to the next column. The status change is saved immediately and recorded in the opportunity’s activity log.
The statuses are:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Identified | In the pipeline, no decision yet. |
| Go / No-Go | Awaiting the pursue-or-pass decision. |
| Preparing | Proposal in progress. |
| Submitted | Bid submitted to the authority. |
| Under evaluation | Awaiting the authority’s award decision. |
| Won | Awarded to us. |
| Lost | Awarded to someone else. |
| Cancelled | The procurement was cancelled by the authority. |
| Withdrawn | We pulled out after starting. |
The table view
Toggle to the table for a dense, sortable list — useful when you have many opportunities and want to scan deadlines, values, and statuses in one place.
Win probability
Each opportunity carries a win probability computed from your organization’s own history — your base win rate, adjusted by how you have historically performed in the opportunity’s sector and country. This is a statistical estimate, not an AI guess, and it feeds both the pipeline cards and the Go/No-Go advisor.
